Downtown Belle Fourche paving begins
Paving on U.S. Highway 85 on the west two lanes through downtown Belle Fourche began Tuesday — and the South Dakota Department of Transportation was surprised that it appears the DM&E Railroad will install dropdown arms at the downtown rail crossing on the highway.
